Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) feedback survey

We need your help to create the CCAP Provider Support Team at the Department of Children, Youth, and Families. This team will take over the registration process for all child care providers who want to receive payments from CCAP starting in April 2025. 

Currently, child care providers must register with each individual local agency (e.g. county, tribe, or contracted agency) where a family receives CCAP to be paid. This change will simplify the process by only requiring one statewide registration and reducing paperwork. The CCAP Provider Support Team will also develop new resources and materials for child care providers to help support them as they care for children whose families qualify for CCAP.
