Lyssn On-Demand Training

  • If you hold multiple roles (e.g., fidelity liaison, supervisor, and or worker), please complete the training relevant to each role.
  • MN Lyssn Training for Fidelity Liaison(s)/Team
    • Once you have watched this video, contact Lyssn at support@lyssn.io and inform them that your agency is ready for a Lyssn Program. Let them know the name of your agency, along with the names and email addresses of your agency’s fidelity liaison(s) and fidelity team members. These individuals will be provided with administrator access to Lyssn, allowing your agency to begin adding users.

Submission Instructions

To emphasize best practices, we strongly encourage agencies to use the provided implementation resources: the Success Assessment and the Agency Implementation Plan. These documents are designed to help agencies effectively organize logistics, manage tasks, and identify the support needed from the department for a successful Lyssn implementation.

Although not required, if your agency decides to complete the Success Assessment and Agency Implementation Plan, please submit them to the department for review and support. Submissions are due by the end of each quarter.
