Live Online Lyssn Trainings

This meeting will provide guidance to fidelity liaisons, discuss the process for monitoring fidelity, and demonstrate how to use the Lyssn platform.

In this training supervisors and family preservation workers will learn more about Lyssn, how to utilize it for fidelity monitoring requirements, and what data is available through the platform. In addition to a demonstration of the platform, there will be time for questions and open discussion. This training will be offered three times: Feb 5 @ 9AM, Feb 11 @ 1PM, and Feb 13 @ 9AM. You only need to attend ONE of the training times.
