Ethics and Advisory; Drawing inspiration from the Ethics/Advisory Board created for Angela Tucker’s similar initiative, what kind of similar Ethics or Advisory Committee should be formed to thoughtfully guide and support the direction of this project?
Cultural Sensitivity and Awareness; How can this project meaningfully engage individuals with Native American heritage, intercountry adoptees, and members of BIPOC communities, and ensure their voices are heard and respected throughout the project?
Publicity and outreach; What types of publicity and outreach efforts would be most effective in building awareness and engagement around this project?
Communication and humanizing the return of belongings; Review communication practices used during outreach, including personalized messages, and an apology statement when returning Personal Belongings.
Phases and rollout of program; Review the current process for reuniting Personal Belongings and outline next steps and future phases for project rollout.
