Input Needed: Food-to-Livestock grant program

The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency is gathering information for an upcoming grant to fund projects that divert food and food scraps from landfills to livestock. The grant manager wants to talk to people who are either currently operating a diversion program or are interested in participating in one.
