SSIS Child Protection Basics Training-Case Management

SSISCP300A: SSIS CP Basics: Case Management Workgroup Training is a four-hour training that follows the case management process. Beginning with the receipt of a new CP Assessment-Family Assessment (FA) case, review of the child maltreatment report, structured decision-making tools, documents, time records, service plan, other data entry, and closing the Case Management Workgroup.

SSISCP301: CP Basics Case Management Workgroup Self-Guided Practice Clinic is a two-hour corresponding hands-on CP Case Management Workgroup practice lab. This clinic is designed to increase your familiarity with SSIS navigation and data entry during the case management process. The instruction is provided through a self-guided workbook and includes live instructor support to assist with questions and technical troubleshooting in real-time.
