CCAP Enrollment & Attendance Compliance

As of June 22, 2026, your program is required to submit enrollment and attendance information to DCYF using the Provider Hub in order to be registered with the Child Care Assistance Program. If you use the Import Attendance feature, July 15, 2026 was the first deadline to submit your enrollment and attendance information.

You received communication from DCYF explaining why your attendance records for June 22, 2026-July 5, 2025 were out of compliance. DCYF’s communication gave instructions about what you need to do to follow the law.  For example, if records were missing, you must submit your complete enrollment and attendance information by July 29, 2026 to avoid possible consequences, such as an overpayment or closing your CCAP registration.

For more information, including quick guides on how to submit your enrollment and attendance information, visit New Electronic Attendance Record Requirement | Minnesota Engage DCYF

If you did not submit your enrollment and attendance information by July 15, 2026, tell us why.
