  Have you ever typed your case notes in Word, Notes, or Notepad because you didn’t have time to log into SSIS? Have you ever worried about losing your work or wondered if it saved when your internet connection was weak? We hear you and help is on the way in the new web app for time entry!

  Starting in 2026, you’ll be able to create draft time records that save automatically while you’re working. This means you can start your notes, step away, come back later, and finish them when you’re ready, all without losing anything.

  Your drafts will stay safe in the system where they’re supposed to be, and you’ll be able to edit them until you choose to submit.
