  • On-the-Go Case Worker Mobile Activity Tracking & Time Entry Needs

    This survey is for CP Investigators and other case workers who are working on the go. Please take this survey if you spend at least 30% of your time working in the field, away from your computer or desk. We will use the information you provide to co-design a mobile-friendly, easy to access and use tool to help you enter activity and track your time in SSIS efficiently on your phone from anywhere you happen to be working. 

    There will be many future co-design feedback opportunities for case workers in roles that don't include as much time working in the field. Please share the link to this survey to let your in-field colleagues know about this survey!
