We're getting close to making the new Contact Activity and Time Entry tool available to case workers!
We will be conducting in-person usability testing for the mobile tool in July. The purpose of in-person testing is to ensure that the tool will perform as expected among case workers who spend more than 50% of their time working in the field away from their computers.
Our researchers will join workers in the field directly after a contact activity concludes to enter notes and track time in the new mobile tool. We would NOT be present while the activity is being conducted with a client, in a school, or in court, etc. But would meet onsite directly after the activity concludes to test the new mobile tool. We estimate each usability testing session for this new mobile tool to take about 15 minutes. We're flexible! Mobile tool testing can be conducted outside the activity location, in your car, in our car, or at a public location of your choosing. We will provide participants with full details during scheduling coordination. Thank you!

CLOSED: This survey has concluded.
This survey is for SSIS end users, including workers, mentors, and coordinators. We're updating the Activity dropdown on the Contact/Activity screen as part of the Time Entry Transformation project. Your feedback is essential.
We’ve worked with state policy staff, subject matter experts, and local agency workgroups to propose a more streamlined set of Service Activities. Now, we want to hear from you.
Why it matters you give input
Your input will help ensure the new mobile, responsive, and accessible SSIS meets the real needs of those who use it every day. When we reduce the burden on workers, they can spend more time with children and families.
