  • Share Could you please post instructions on the correct process to complete the 2919 in Caseworks? This is the problem we are experiencing, but we are not the first Caseworks county. Erin noticed that since configurations of the data sharing feature in July, MNIT has only received four DHS2919 from Stearns County. Brandon did some analysis, and we found that most Stearns users were generating and submitting these forms as flattened into CaseWorks DPC and then filing them down. As part of this project, users were directed to submit these documents as editable or unflattened so they can be picked up and share with MNIT. I’ve included Jannell because she is the CaseWorks expert and would know the process for submitting documents back into CaseWorks as editable. Is this something you can communicate to the team or need further clarification?
