Usability Testing, Validation, and Roll Out

  • Final usability testing on fully functional system.

  • Load, performance, security, User Acceptance Testing and accessibility testing.

  • Training and support plans finalized and ready for rollout.

  • Begin onboarding and training small groups of caseworkers with a gradual rollout by providing access to the new Time Entry Transformation web app while still having access to the existing SSIS system.

  • The exact rollout plan will be finalized in the future but in general we will approach providing access as such:

  • Group 1 gets access to the system

  • 2-week validation period to identify any issues or improvement opportunities.

  • 2-week period to fix any issues and evaluate improvement opportunities.

  • Once validated, we will expand rollout to the next group

  • Group 2 gets access to the system (group 1 continues to have access)

  • 2-week validation period to identify any issues or improvement opportunities.

  • 2-week period to fix any issues and evaluate improvement opportunities.

  • Once validated, we will expand rollout to the next group

  • The process of rolling out to additional user groups will continue based on positive validation and performance until all users have access to the new Time Entry Transformation web app.

  • Product strategy, user research, other state research and analysis from the RFO vendor will continue during this time as we define our most important outcomes to measure and prepare our plans for larger SSIS modernization efforts.
