Time Entry Transformation (TET) Web App Update - Round 3

We are on round 3 of users with our new Time Entry Transformation (TET) web app pilot. After two successful rounds with 6 agencies, we are adding an additional 10 agencies.

Pilot Counties: Anoka, Chippewa, Goodhue, Hubbard, Kandiyohi, Le Sueur, Olmsted, Ramsey, Traverse, Western Prairie (Grant/Pope)

Users Added: More than 3,000

Total Access: Approximately 4,000 workers across 16 agencies

The TET web app allows users to login/out securely, switch databases (if multiple are available), and create and submit new time records.

Trouble logging in with county account

Users can only be logged into one browser at a time. Use a different browser or log into office.com with your agency email, log out, then go to the TET website and log in with SSISUserID@partner.mn.gov. 

Hours go up by “1” when 60 minutes is reached

Minutes are capped at 59 and hours must be entered manually by user.

Note field didn’t allow many characters

Users can now use letters, numbers, and special characters.  (trademark), (service mark), and ® (registered trademark) symbols will be added in a future release to accommodate for copy/pasting from external third-party email apps.

Workgroup dropdown sorted alphabetically

Type in the search bar to quickly find the workgroup. Workgroups will be sorted alphabetically by name in a future release.

Hour and Minute fields didn’t reset to “0”

November: Round 3 begins with 3,000 new users in 10 more agencies serving 11 counties. 

Ongoing: We’ll keep fixing bugs and adding new features.
