Time Entry Transformation (TET) Web App Update – Round 2

Summary

We are excited to share the next phase of the Time Entry Transformation (TET) web app pilot. After the successful first round with with Stearns County, we are starting round 2 October 1, 2025.

Pilot Counties: Brown, Freeborn, Meeker, Nicollet, Scott

Users Added: More than 700

Total Access: 825 workers across 6 agencies

The TET web app allows users to login/out securely, switch databases (if multiple are available), and create and submit new time records.

Trouble logging in with county account

Still working on it

Users can only be logged into one browser at a time. Use a different browser or log into office.com with your agency email, log out, thengo to the TET website and log in with SSISUserID@partner.mn.gov.

Note field didn’t allow many characters

Fixed

You can now use letters, numbers, and special characters.

Hour and Minute fields didn’t reset to “0”

Marked as a bug

Type in “0” yourself or change the number manually.

New Features in Progress

In Development:

  • See a list of activities

  • Auto-select a client if there is only one

  • Hours go up by 1 when 60 minutes is reached

In Testing or Quality Assurance (QA):

  • Activity list is now in alphabeticalin alphabetical order

In Design:

  • Borders around text boxes

  • Autosave your work

  • New option for draft/incomplete time records or case notes

  • “Quick Entry” form for faster input with Duration and Date/Time alignment

  • View a record right inright in the web app

Being Planned:

  • Better spellcheck and autocorrect

  • Move the Note section placement on form

  • Move Reset Form button (may be replaced by browser refresh)

  • Service dropdown with info icons

  • Change Client sort order so children show up first

  • Make the Regarding section easier to use

What’s Next

October 1st: Round 2 begins withbegins with 700 new users in 5 more counties.

Ongoing: We’ll keep fixing bugs and adding new features.

Engagement: Counties will continue to shape how the app works.
