    The Time Entry Transformation app has been available statewide for several months. We are gathering real-world feedback from current users to help colleagues understand its impact and consider whether it may be useful in their setting.

    Survey-SSIS Contact/Activity Screen

    This survey is for SSIS end users, including workers, mentors, and coordinators. We're updating the Activity dropdown on the Contact/Activity screen as part of the Time Entry Transformation project. Your feedback is essential.

    We’ve worked with state policy staff, subject matter experts, and local agency workgroups to propose a more streamlined set of Service Activities. Now, we want to hear from you.

    Your input will help ensure the new mobile, responsive, and accessible SSIS meets the real needs of those who use it every day. When we reduce the burden on workers, they can spend more time with children and families.
