Are testers finding this tool to be a time saver for time entry?
Jill asked about 2 months agoTesters are finding the tool helpful and say it saves time, especially when creating a new time entry in the web app. Right now, we’re testing how much time it really saves by comparing it to our baseline tests and looking at real data from people using it at work. This helps us get the most accurate results. The current testing that is going on with User Acceptance Testing or UAT is focused on basic features, like creating a new time record and submitting it to the database, but more features will be added soon to help even more. Some of these features are meant to help case workers work faster and easier. We're improving things step by step, and each update makes the tool more helpful over time.

Is this for adult AMH case management as well?
joan asked 4 months agoYes, Time Entry Transformation is also for Adult Mental Health Case Management. The new mobile tool for time entry will work for all SSIS end users across program areas. If you are currently completing time entry in SSIS, this new tool is for you! Thanks for the question.

When are you looking at rolling this new system for time entry out?
Erin Manley asked 6 months agoWe hope to start piloting with small groups of users this summer (July/August) and then expanding access/rollout based on positive feedback. We are still working through a few complicated things and will have a more refined schedule over the next 2 months.

Share If staff enter time through the mobile application, will it transfer to the Activity Log in SSIS? We have a lot of reports and processes that look at the activity log for stats and entries and want to be sure our systems will still work by way of entries made through the URL transferring to the SSIS application's activity log on Facebook Share If staff enter time through the mobile application, will it transfer to the Activity Log in SSIS? Scleveland1968 asked 8 months agoYes, this will happen with the new application. The records must transfer from the web app into the existing application and existing databases upon save by the user. The time records will be viewable in the existing SSIS activity log regardless of where they are generated (from existing application or new web app). They will follow all downstream revenue business rules for claim generation and state reporting as well.

mike o asked about 1 month agoWe are offering Olmsted County a spot in pilot rollout wave 3, which is planned to deploy on 10/22. Please note that this rollout schedule is subject to change depending on what is reported to the product team that may need to be addressed.
There shouldn’t be much involvement needed from your IT Department. As a test ahead of time, you can try to go to the website that will be used for SSIS Time Entry which is https://time.ssis.mn.gov.
If you can successfully navigate to the web page, you will be able to access the site without your IT Department doing anything as this application will be using your existing SSIS credentials.
If Olmsted County doesn’t wish to be a pilot agency and test this in advance of release to all users, statewide rollout is tentatively planned for 11/12 and all agencies will receive access at that time.
Please let us know if you have any further questions!

Share I am curious about one user's feedback that this will perhaps be more cumbersome to those who need to detail visits. HollyAnn asked about 1 month agoThanks for the great feedback, HollyAnn! This is something we are considering, including the need for templates in the case note section and drafts that you can return to and edit before submitting the final version to the SSIS database. We have also received the suggestion to move the note section to be either the first or the last field on the screen as users don’t like having to click around on the fields, stop what they are doing to enter a note, and then start clicking fields again.
Do you agree with these needs or have any other specific suggestions for improvements that we could add to our product backlog as a future enhancement?
Thanks so much for participating – you are helping make this product work best for everyone who needs to use it!
